I thought about it and it should be safe. I prioritised looking to the configurable limit but will merge this in case I don't manage to finish it before 8.5 beta1.

Just a quick update that I finally started working on this. I got it in master...bukka:php-src:fpm_access_log_limit but it's still WIP and currently tests are failing so it will need some fixes and debugging as well as some optimizing for access log. But it's on a good path for PHP 8.5. Its timeline can be seen here: https://wiki.php.net/todo/php85
